Clearwater Shores Subdivision - St. John & Associates was hired by Clearwater Properties, LLC to develop a preliminary subdivision report, preliminary plat, County Health Department submittal for approval, perform construction observation, and prepare the final subdivision plat for this residential subdivision located at Smith Lake. Windemere Lakeside Garden Homes and Subdivision - St. John & Associates was hired by Crane Hill Development LLC to develop sitework plans for approximately thirty lots with garden homes. The plans were submitted to Cullman County for approval and were developed per the Cullman County Subdivision Regulations. Our services included the preparation of a preliminary subdivision report, preliminary plat, submittal to Cullman County Health Department for approval, construction observation and preparation of the final subdivision plat. Waterford Condominiums - St. John & Associates was hired by Crane Hill Development LLC to develop sitework plans for two proposed condominium buildings consisting of approximately 120 bedrooms on the site known as Castle Rock Restaurant and Marina. The plans were submitted to Cullman County for approval and were developed per the Cullman County Subdivision Regulations. Our services included the preparation of a preliminary site layout, preliminary drain field locations and evaluation, preliminary perk tests at drain field locations, layout and grading plans, sanitary sewer system design, construction observation, and final drain field inspection and certification for Cullman County Health Department. Cobblestone & Derby Creek Subdivisions - St. John & Associates designed these residential subdivisions which comprise over 100 lots. The project included lot layout design, roads, water and over one mile of sanitary sewer. das Weidedorf Subdivision - St. John & Associates designed this exclusive residential subdivision including lot layout, streets and all utilities. Terri Pines Country Club, Cullman - St. John & Associates was hired by Southern Pines Development to provide civil engineering design services for the residential development at the Terri Pines Country Club off of Highway 157 west of Cullman. Our firm provided roadway design, water system design, and low pressure sanitary sewer design. The Fairways Low Pressure Sanitary Sewer Design - St. John & Associates was hired by Southern Pines Development to provide civil engineering design of a low pressure sanitary sewer at The Fairways located at Terri Pines County Club off of Highway 157 west of Cullman. John H. Cooper Industrial Park, Cullman - St. John & Associates was hired to provide site permitting, platting, grading, drainage, layout, paving, erosion control, and utilities including water and sanitary sewer for the John H. Cooper Industrial Park on Old Hanceville Highway City of Cullman Industrial Park II / Elk River - St. John & Associates was hired by Eidson & Associates to provide sitework construction plans for the development of Elk River Safety Belt Company. Our firm also provided ADEM NPDES permitting during the construction phase of this project. City of Cullman Industrial Park II / Flotation Systems, Inc. - St. John & Associates was hired by Flotation Systems, Inc. to develop sitework construction documents for a building consisting of approximately 40,000 square feet with and expansion area of approximately 60,000 square feet. The initial building included an attached office area, docks, employee parking and access from 26th Street. Our firm provided site layout Plan, paving, landscaping, utilities, grading, drainage and erosion control plans. Our firm will also provide construction observation during the construction phase of this project. City of Cullman Industrial Park III / Topre Corporation - St. John & Associates was hired by Kajima Associates to provide providing civil engineering documents for the Topre Corporation Design/Build Project. Our firm provided plans and specifications for the site development including site layout, paving, grading, storm drainage, utilities, erosion control, sections and details, landscaping, irrigation and construction observation. Our firm also provided As-Built drawings after completion of the project. City of Cullman Industrial Park III / Advanced Heat Treat Corp. - St. John & Associates was hired by Eidson & Associates to provide sitework construction plans for the development of Advanced Heat Treat Corp. Our firm also provided ADEM NPDES permitting during the construction phase of this project. City of Cullman Industrial Park V / Yutaka Technologies Alabama - St. John & Associates was hired by Hazama Corporation to develop sitework construction documents for the development of Cardington Yutaka Technologies new plant located at Industrial Park V. Our services included the development of a site layout plan including loop road and truck dock area, site paving plan, site grading and storm drainage plan, erosion control plan, site utility plan, sections and details, sitework specifications, ADEM NPDES permitting, and construction observation and inspections as required. City of Cullman Landscaping at Industrial Parks I & II - St. John & Associates was hired by the City of Cullman to develop plans and specifications for landscaping improvements and drainageway improvements for Industrial Parks I and II, retain landscape architect to plan improvements around Park signs and incorporate their work into project plans, and solicit bids and evaluate responses and recommend contractor to perform work. Construction observation was performed and documentation was provided as required by the Alabama Department of Transportation for project grant. Baileyton Industrial Park, Town of Baileyton - The Town of Baileyton hired St. John & Associates to provide engineering services for the Baileyton Industrial Park located off of Highway 69 north of the Town of Baileyton. Our firm provided plans and specifications for the site development including grading, drainage, layout, and erosion control. Witcher Commercial Office Park - St. John & Associates designed this commercial subdivision including lot layout, streets and all utilities including on-site gravity sewer and pump station/force main. City of Cullman, Spec Buildings - The City of Cullman Industrial Development Board and Cullman County Industrial Development Board hired St. John & Associates to provide site plans, grading plans, and site drainage plans for Cullman Industrial Park Speculative Building No. 2, Speculative Building No. 3, Speculative Building No. 4 and Speculative Building No. 5. Work on Buildings 4 and 5 included overall project management responsibilities. Baileyton Industrial Spec Building No. 1 - St. John & Associates was hired by the Town of Baileyton to render professional engineering services in connection with Speculation Building No. 1 located at the Baileyton Industrial Park. Our services included developing a detailed site plan and roadway plans including grading, drainage, and erosion control plans and necessary surveys; securing the services of an architect; developing project specifications for building, foundation and sitework; developing preliminary cost projections for entire project; soliciting proposals and recommending contractor; and coordinating all phases of construction on the project. Construction observation was performed throughout the contractor's construction of site for the project and during the contractor’s construction of building for the project. REHAU Incorporated Plant Expansion - St. John & Associates was hired by REHAU Incorporated to develop a master plan of the expansion area for contractors to provide scope of services and budget pricing. We were later hired by the contractor to provide sitework construction plans for the project. REHAU PEX Expansion - St. John and Associates, Inc. was hired by Gray Construction to provide civil engineering design services for the construction of site and site infrastructure improvements for Rehau PEX expansion for Rehau Incorporated. The project consists of an approximately 215,000 sq. ft. building structure and attendant site development on the existing Rehau/Cullman ID Board Site. Our services included the design and engineering of site improvements including site demolition, site layout, site grading, site detention/drainage including profiles, sanitary sewer including profiles, site signage, site sedimentation and erosion control and site pavement design as well as preparing the site development drawings and attendant technical specifications. Additionally, we were responsible for the review of site development submittals (including but not limited to shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and testing reports) for compliance with specified civil engineering design requirements. Serta Mattress Expansion - St. John & Associates was hired to design a site improvement for the existing Serta Mattress Company located at 1212 26th Street S.W. in Industrial Park I, Cullman, Alabama. The project included the preparation of a site layout, paving, grading, drainage, erosion control, sections and details plans and ADEM permitting. Inline Electric Supply Company Site Improvements - St. John & Associates was hired to design a site improvement for the existing Inline Electric Supply Company located on Broadway Drive in Cullman, Alabama. The project included the preparation of a site layout, paving, grading, drainage, erosion control, utility, landscaping, sections and details plans and ADEM permitting. Social Security Administration Office - St. John & Associates was hired to develop sitework construction documents for a building consisting of approximately 7,500 square feet with approximately 39 parking spaces and access from Commerce Street. The plans were submitted to The City of Cullman Planning and Zoning Board for review and approval. The project included the preparation of a site layout plan, paving and landscaping plan, grading, drainage and erosion control plan, utility plan, sections and details, and construction observation during construction of the project. Alabama Department of Human Services - St. John & Associates was hired to develop sitework construction documents for a two story office building consisting of approximately 40,000 square feet with an adjacent parking area for approximately 200 cars. Coordination with all Federal, State and Local codes, ordinances, regulations and agencies with jurisdiction over project approvals was provided. The plans were submitted to The City of Cullman Planning and Zoning Board for review and approval. The project included the preparation of a site layout, paving, landscaping, grading, drainage, erosion control, utility, sections and details plans and sitework specifications. Cullman Co. Rd. 222 Widening & Improvements - St. John & Associates was hired by the City of Cullman and Cullman County to render professional engineering services in connection with the widening and improving of a two-lane industrial access road from Cherokee Avenue to Cullman Industrial Park III. Our services included the development of plan and profile drawings for the proposed roadway, development of pavement cross section and detailed roadway plans including grading, drainage, and erosion control plans, sitework specifications and environmental documentation. Industrial Access Roadway Co. Rd. 715 - St. John & Associates was hired by Cullman County to design a new three-lane industrial access road. The plans were prepared so that all items included in the plans meet the Alabama Department of Transportation Specifications as mandated in the State of Alabama Department of Transportation Guidelines for Operation. Our services included the development of plan and profile drawings for the proposed roadway, development of pavement cross section and detailed roadway plans including grading, drainage, and erosion control plans, sitework specifications, solicitation and evaluation of bids and recommendation for contract award. Industrial Access Roadway off Co. Rd. 499 South of Cullman to Cullman Casting - St. John & Associates was hired by the City of Cullman to design a new two-lane industrial access road. The plans were prepared so that all items included in the plans meet the Alabama Department of Transportation Specifications as mandated in the State of Alabama Department of Transportation Guidelines for Operation. Our services included the development of plan and profile drawings for the proposed roadway, development of pavement cross section and detailed roadway plans including grading, drainage, and erosion control plans, sitework specifications, solicitation and evaluation of bids, recommendation for contract award, and construction review services during the contractor’s construction of the project. City of Cullman Industrial Park III Access Road - St. John & Associates was hired by the City of Cullman to design a new road beginning at County Road 222 and extending into Industrial Park III to Advanced Heat Treat Corp., approximately 900 lineal feet in length. Our services included the coordination of roadway development and layout, hydraulic calculations for storm drainage structures, erosion and sediment control planning. Construction observation was performed through completion of the project. City of Cullman Industrial Park III Roadway Design - St. John & Associates was hired by the City of Cullman and the Cullman County Commission to render professional engineering services in connection with the roadway design in Industrial Park III. This project included a turn lane off of County Road 222. The roadway is approximately 1,000 linear feet long with a width of 36’. Construction observation was performed through completion of the project. City of Cullman Industrial Park Road - St. John & Associates was hired by the City of Cullman to design improvements for the road to the new Rehau plant located adjacent to the City's industrial park. This project was funded through the State Industrial Access program. The design called for the installation of 2,700 linear feet of new roadway and utilities. City of Cullman Olive Street Extension - St. John & Associates was hired by the City of Cullman to design the extension of Olive Street from Heritage Park, being west of Cherokee Avenue, to Cherokee Avenue and extending and improving Olive Street to the east from the end of the proposed Wal-Mart construction to U.S. Highway 31. City of Hanceville Industrial Access Road - St. John & Associates was hired by the City of Hanceville to design an Industrial Access Road from U.S. 31 to Blountsville Rd. in the City of Hanceville. The design called for approximately 4170 linear feet of industrial access road, construction of single-span precast concrete bridge over a railway, and construction of a four barrel 12’x10’ reinforced concrete box culvert, and related items. Chelsea Corners Roadway - St. John & Associates was hired to provide engineering services in relation to access road from Chesser Parkway to The Shoppes at the Corners. The project consisted of the construction of a two-lane connector road from Chesser Parkway to The Shoppes at the Corners. Design plans and specifications were submitted to the Shelby County Planning Commission for approval and were accepted. Our services included the topographic survey; subdivision plat in accordance with Shelby County Subdivision Regulations; geotechnical investigation; roadway layout, grading, drainage, paving, erosion control, striping and temporary traffic control plans; solicitation and evaluation of bids; and recommendation for contract award. Sidewalk Project, Town of West Point - St. John & Associates was hired by the Town of West Point design a sidewalk plan that would consist of adding sidewalk in the Town of West Point at the following locations: Along County Road 1141 from West Point Middle School entrance drive to the Town Hall & Community Center entrance drive; along County Road 1242 from County Road 1141 to approximately Alabama Hwy. 157; and along County Road 1140 providing pedestrian access from the football stadium and tennis courts. Sidewalk Project, City of Hanceville - St. John & Associates was hired by the City of Hanceville to design a sidewalk plan that would consist of approximately 2 miles of sidewalk removal and replacement located along Commercial Street, Blountsville Street, Church Street, College Drive and along Highway 31. Construction observation was performed through project completion. Sidewalk Project, Town of Baileyton - St. John & Associates was hired by the Town of Baileyton to design 1,600 lin. ft. of pedestrian sidewalk along State Highway 69 and Parkside Elementary School. Construction observation was performed throughout the project. Sidewalk Project, Town of Fairview - St. John & Associates was hired by the Town of Fairview to design 8,400 lin. ft. of pedestrian sidewalk along Wesley Avenue, Welcome Road and Fairview High School. Construction observation was performed throughout the project. Cullman County OHV Park - St. John & Associates was hired by the Cullman County Commission to develop a master plan for building, trails and park concept and theme. Sportsman Lake Recreational Trail - St. John & Associates was hired by Cullman County Park & Recreation to design an additional 12 foot wide diversified trail around Sportsman Lake. Our services included obtaining a topographic survey and preparing a site layout plan, storm drainage plan, erosion control plan, typical sections and details, project specifications and bid documents, and construction observation during construction of the project. Town of West Point Recreational Trail - St. John & Associates was hired by the Town of West Point to design an additional 12 foot wide diversified trail in the Town of West Point at the existing ball fields and Town Hall. Our services included obtaining a topographic survey and preparing a site layout plan, storm drainage plan, erosion control plan, typical sections and details, project specifications and bid documents, and construction observation during construction of the project. Town of Good Hope Recreational Trail - St. John & Associates was hired by the Town of Good Hope to design an additional 12 foot wide diversified trail in the Town of Good Hope at the new ball fields next to the Town Hall. Our services included obtaining a topographic survey and preparing a site layout plan, storm drainage plan, erosion control plan, typical sections and details, project specifications and bid documents, and construction observation during construction of the project. Barber Motorsports Complex - St. John & Associates was hired by Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum of Birmingham to design a motorsports park complex including the race track, the museum, a lake, and other development within the 700 acre site. Work included preparing construction plans for the entire facility including racetrack, paddock, building sites, roadways and utilities. Earthwork design for the complex was in excess of 1.8 million cubic yards of material. Barber Motorsports Track Expansion - St. John & Associates was hired by Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum of Birmingham for their track expansion. The project consists of modifications to Race Track at Turn 10, expanding the Expo Area, new Parking Lot F and paving of drive isles within the existing Parking Lot E. Work includes clearing and grubbing, unclassified excavation, storm drainage, erosion control and other related work. Cullman Environmental Waste Management Center - St. John & Associates designed the modern solid waste disposal facility and obtained the operating permit. Design and construction includes disposal cells, sedimentation-detention lakes, roadways and access plans for the 230 acre site. Cullman County Correctional Facility - St. John & Associates was hired by CLA Architectures, Inc. to design the new jail facility for the Cullman County Commission. Work included plan development for The City of Cullman planning board approval, and final construction documents with specifications incorporating architectural additions and revisions. Cullman Electric Cooperative - St. John & Associates was hired by the Cullman Electric Cooperative's architect to provide civil engineering design services for the Cullman Electric Cooperative Facility on Eva Road. Our firm provided plans and specifications for the site grading, drainage, layout, paving, erosion control, and utilities including water lines and sanitary sewer. Cullman-Jefferson Gas - St. John & Associates was hired to render professional engineering services in connection with the Cullman-Jefferson Gas project. These services included the preparation of a site plan, grading, drainage, and erosion control plan, and a utility plan. Cullman Water Authority, Alternate Water Supply - St. John & Associates was selected along with Almon Associates of Tuscaloosa to provide consulting engineering services on the proposed alternate water supply project for the Cullman and Morgan County area. St. John & Associates will be the local engineer in charge of all phases of any water system design including sizing and designing storage tanks, designing water mains, and designing water service lines. Cullman West Industrial Park Substation - St. John & Associates was hired to design a site plan and utility plan for the new electrical substation. The project includes the preparation of a site plan, grading plan, drainage and erosion control plan, plans and specifications and construction observation during construction of the project. City of Cullman Sewer Force Main - St. John & Associates was hired by the City of Cullman to design a sewer force main to serve the new Cullman Regional Medical Center on Highway 157. The final design called for a wet well, dual pumps, and 15,800 linear feet of 6" force main line. Town of Good Hope Sanitary Sewer System Evaluation - St. John & Associates was hired by the Town of Good Hope to evaluate approximately 6.5 miles of existing gravity sewerage lines. Through field reconnaissance and a smoke testing program, we prepared a report to implement needed repairs to eliminate inflow and infiltration into the sewer system. Cullman Regional Medical Center - St. John & Associates was selected by CRMC, a Baptist Health System Affiliate, as the civil engineer on the new Cullman Regional Medical Center facility located on Highway 157 north of downtown Cullman. Our firm provided the plans and specifications for site grading, drainage, layout, paving, erosion control, and all utilities including water and sanitary sewer. Cullman Regional Medical Center Professional Office Buildings - St. John & Associates was selected by CRMC as the civil engineer for the new professional office buildings located at the Cullman Regional Medical Center. Our firm provided the plans and specifications for site grading, layout, drainage, paving, erosion control, site utilities and submittals required by City of Cullman Planning Commission approval. Cullman Regional Medical Center Office Park - St. John & Associates was hired by CRMC to provide plans and specifications for the site grading, drainage, layout, paving, erosion control, and utilities including water and sanitary sewer for the Office Park adjacent to the new Cullman Regional Medical Center on Highway 157. Blountsville Medical Office Building - St. John & Associates was hired to design a site plan and utility plan for the building. The project included the preparation of a site layout plan, site grading plan, site drainage plan, and sewerage to serve the project and part time construction observation during construction of the project. Lawrence Baptist Medical Center - St. John & Associates was hired to design a site and utility plan for phase I of the proposed four phase project. The phase I project included the preparation of a site layout plan; grading and drainage plan; plans and specification for roadways and parking areas; utility plan; sanitary sewerage plan and design; and preliminary grading, roadway and sewerage plans for other phases of the development to ensure compatibility with phase I designs. Cullman Primary School Pre-School Playground - St. John & Associates was hired by the City of Cullman Primary School for an engineering design for the development of a Pre-School Playground located within the school’s existing recreational area. The project included the preparation of a site plan, grading plan, drainage plan and construction observation during the construction of the project. Fairview Elementary School - St. John & Associates was hired to design a site plan and utility plan for the proposed new elementary school. The project included the preparation of a site layout plan; site drainage plan; site utility plan including storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water; sewer lift station including necessary survey work; and construction observation during construction of the project. Fairview High School - St. John & Associates was hired by the Cullman County Commission on Education to implement site improvements which consisted of grading, drainage, paving, erosion control, and other miscellaneous work as related to a new entrance drive with a drop-off loop. Good Hope School Parking Lot Improvements - St. John & Associates was hired by the Cullman County Commission on Education to develop a restriping plan for the Good Hope School parking lot. Good Hope High School Band Room - St. John & Associates was hired by the Cullman County Commission on Education to prepare a site work design including layout plan, grading plan, storm drainage plan, erosion control, utility plan, sections and details, site work specifications and construction observation during construction of the project. Good Hope Primary School Gymnasium - St. John & Associates was hired by the Cullman County Commission on Education to prepare a site work design including layout plan, grading plan, storm drainage plan, erosion control, utility plan, sections and details, site work specifications and construction observation during construction of the project. Vinemont Middle School and Media Center - St. John & Associates designed a site plan and utility plan for the proposed new middle school and media center. The projects included the preparation of a site layout plan; site drainage plan; site utility plan including storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water for both buildings; sewer lift station; and construction observation during construction of the project. Holly Pond Athletic Center - St. John & Associates was hired to provide a master plan for the development of the Athletic Stadium area at the school. The project included the preparation of presentation materials to be used in securing funding for the construction of the planned improvements. Holly Pond High School - St. John & Associates was hired to design a site plan and utility plan for the new high school. The project includes the preparation of a site layout plan; site drainage plan; site utility plan that includes storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water; local permitting and sitework specifications; and construction observation. Parkside Elementary School - St. John & Associates was hired to design a site plan and utility plan for the proposed new elementary school. The project includes the preparation of a site plan and layout plan, grading and drainage plan, erosion control plan, utilities plan that ties to public system, sections and details, specifications for related items, and site visits after construction begins. West Point Parking Lot and Roadway Design - St. John & Associates was hired for the design of improvements to the existing parking lot and entrance roadway to the West Point School including storm sewerage, layout and pavement design. The project also included the preparation of plans and specifications, solicitation of competitive bids on the project and the provision of construction observation/contract management during construction of project. West Point Intermediate School - St. John & Associates was hired by the Cullman County Commission on Education to develop site work construction plans for an intermediate school approximately 270’ in length and approximately 80’ wide containing 16 classrooms and supporting areas. The building will connect to the existing middle school by means of a handicap accessible sidewalk and canopy. Our services consisted of the preparation of a layout plan, grading, storm drainage and erosion control plan, utility plan, sections and details, site work specifications and construction observation and permitting (ADEM) as needed or required throughout construction of the project. West Point Intermediate School Gymnasium - St. John & Associates was hired to develop sitework plans and specifications for the addition of a gymnasium at West Point Intermediate School. Our services consisted of the preparation of a site layout, grading, drainage, erosion control, parking, utility, and sections and details plans. Construction observation will be performed during construction of the project. People’s Bank, Baileyton - St. John & Associates was hired by People's Bank to provide civil engineering services in connection with the People’s Bank on Hwy 69 North in Baileyton, Alabama. Our firm provided sitework plans and specifications for the site grading, drainage, layout, paving, erosion control, and utilities including water lines and septic disposal field. People’s Bank, Warrior - St. John & Associates was hired by People's Bank to provide civil engineering services in connection with the People’s Bank in Warrior, Alabama. Our firm provided sitework plans and specifications for the site grading, drainage, layout, paving, erosion control and utilities. Detailed storm drainage reports were developed for the City of Warrior and the Alabama Department of Transportation. Eva Bank - Hwy 157, Cullman - St. John & Associates was hired by KPS Group, Inc. to provide engineering services in connection with the Bank of Eva Site Plan on Hwy. 157, in Cullman, Alabama. The project consisted of a 6,000 s.f. building with a drive-thru canopy and approximately 22 parking spaces. Our services included the preparation of a site layout in accordance with local requirements for setbacks, parking, sidewalks, and per KPS; grading plan; drainage plan including stormwater management; pavement plan with details of striping including HC stalls and ramps (per KPS), sidewalks, and curb and gutter; erosion control plan; utility plan to within 5' of the building including coordination with local utility codes and officials; coordination with local authorities for submittals relating to site issues; and site specifications. Construction observation was performed during the sitework portion of project. Eva Bank - Cherokee Avenue, Cullman - St. John & Associates was hired by KPS Group, Inc. to provide professional engineering services in connection with the Eva Bank Cullman Branch Site Plan located on Cherokee Avenue in Cullman, Alabama. The project consisted of a three story building with a drive-thru canopy and approximately 66 parking spaces. Our services included the preparation of a site layout in accordance with local requirements for setbacks, parking, sidewalks (per KPS); grading plan; drainage plan including stormwater management; pavement plan with details of striping including HC stalls and ramps (per KPS), sidewalks, and curb and gutter; erosion control plan; utility plan to within 5' of the building including coordination with local utility codes and officials; coordination with local authorities for submittals relating to site issues; and site specifications. Merchant’s Bank - Hwy 157 - Cullman - St. John & Associates was hired by Eidson & Associates to provide professional engineering services in connection with the Merchant’s Bank Hwy 157 Cullman, Alabama. This is a branch site plan located on Hwy 157 at Butler Street. Project consists of a single story building with a drive through canopy and approximately 20 parking spaces. Our services included preparation of site layout in accordance with local requirements for setbacks, parking, sidewalks, grading & drainage plans, including stormwater management. Pavement plan with details of striping including handicap stalls and ramps, and curb and gutter. Erosion control utility plan within 5 feet of building including coordination with local utility codes and officials. Coordinate with local authority for submittals related to site issues and site specifications. Construction observation was performed during the sitework portion of the project. Office Max - St. John & Associates was hired to design a site plan and utility plan for the new Office Max at the Town Square Shopping Center in Cullman. The project included the preparation of a site layout plan; site drainage plan; site utility plan including storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water; and construction observation during construction of the project. Hampton Inn, Cullman - St. John & Associates was hired by the developer to provide site planning for the 84 room Hampton Inn on Highway 157 in Cullman. The project included a layout, grading, and drainage plan for the site to accommodate local parking and permitting requirements. |
